Hey everyone. As we mentioned in our post yesterday we have contiued optimizing and further configuring the new servers today. You may have noticed two periods earlier today where the site did not load. We just wanted to let you all know that this was normal, and it was simply us putting some final touches on the server. As you can tell everything's loading much faster now!
Due to the move you have most likely seen lower earnings the past two days. Don't be alarmed! There are three main reasons for this, all of which have been fixed. The first obvious reason is that the server was down, so for many hours there was nothing to download. Now that its up and running fast, this isn't an issue anymore.
The second is that we changed our server's IP address, so some users' ISPs did not update their nameservers with our new server IP yet. Since they had the old IP they were going to to our old server and weren't able to download. Now that a full 24 hours has passed mostly everyone should have our new server's IP and there should be no issues.
Finally, our international offers were not properly configured during and after the move (yesterday and today), so there were no earnings from any smaller countries. This should have lowered your earnings and caused a temporary increase in bad downloads. We have just finished setting the international offers up again, so things are back to normal and everyone should see a major boost in their earnings! In addition, we've loaded up some brand new surveys for an array of countries, so that'll give your earnings another significant boost.
